What Qualifies for a Return

Accepted for Return

  • Sealed products in their original packaging
  • Items sent back within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Faulty or damaged goods (reported within 7 days of delivery)
  • Incorrect items shipped to you
  • Products causing an adverse reaction (accompanied by documentation)

Cannot Be Returned

  • Products that have been opened or used (unless faulty)
  • Items returned beyond the 30-day window
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Items designated as final sale
  • Complimentary gifts or promotional items

Get Your Return Label

A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your request.

Package & Send

Securely repackage the items in their original packaging when possible. Affix the return label and drop it off at any carrier location.

Refund Issued

After receiving and reviewing your return, we will issue your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

Refund Choices

Back to Original Payment

Your refund will be returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving your return. Your financial institution may require additional processing time.

Store Credit

Choose store credit and enjoy a 10% bonus added to your refund value. This credit has no expiration date and applies to any future purchase.

Product Exchange

Prefer a different item? We gladly offer exchanges for products of equal or lower value. If your new selection costs more, you simply cover the difference.

Treatment Service Cancellation Terms

The following applies to our facial, body sculpting, and hair treatment bookings:

  • Complete refund for cancellations made 48 or more hours in advance
  • Half refund for cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled time
  • No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment
  • Free rescheduling is available up to 24 hours prior to your session
  • Service packages cannot be refunded but may be transferred to someone else

Damaged or Faulty Products

Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue. We will promptly dispatch a replacement at no extra charge or provide a complete refund including all shipping costs.
